QUIK is one of the most popular trading terminals. Designed both for trading securities on stock exchanges and for brokerage services. Initially, QUIK was created as an information system in the distant 90s. But over the years, the product of a group of programmers has earned immense popularity and has taken a dominant position in the market.

Functionality and capabilities of QUIK

QUIK is rich in functionality and capabilities. In general terms, QUIK has the following functionality:

  • Monitoring of trader’s orders and deals;

  • The ability to automate trade transactions using third-party software;
  • Transmission of quotes for all trading instruments;

  • Built-in chat for traders;
  • Feedback from the terminal administration;
  • The possibility of over-the-counter trading.

The order book in QUIK allows a trader to understand where to place limit orders for entry and the market. Also, from the order book, you can understand which levels may become significant in the future. For some traders, order book opportunities can become the basis of their trading strategy.

Mobile trading

Trading via the phone goes through the QUIK X and QUIK Android X applications. The functionality of the mobile applications contains all the main possibilities for trading in the stock market. The trader receives detailed market information, can conduct transactions, form non-trading orders and monitor the status of positions in the portfolio.

Let’s summarize the functionality of iOS and Android apps. Obtaining up-to-date market information:

The main features of webQUIK do not differ from the desktop version – receiving information in real time and conducting trades. The trader receives current quotes for instruments, information on completed transactions and financial news.

When making deals, a trader can send transactions to exchange and OTC trading systems. It is possible to use limited, market and conditional orders.

Among other things, webQUIK has a couple of additional features. The first is the ability to build charts using technical indicators. The second is to view and cancel non-trade orders of all types of orders. Withdrawal of funds is possible only if there is a module for non-trade orders in the broker’s configuration.
